Carla understands everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we're doing and nurture our body, we can achieve great things. First introduced to Pilates in 2001, and later in Sydney, New York and London, she believes that Pilates focus on posture, core stability and strength makes it an important practice for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Kylie's background in high intensity sports like dance, running and soccer encouraged her to try Pilates as a way to stretch - but she soon discovered it was so much more than a stretch class. Kylie believes the Pilates principles are an important part of life for young and old. Her classes are varied, always challenging, and focus on stability and control.

Julia’s passion for yoga extends beyond the physical, into a deep reverence for the practice as a moving meditation; a tool that promotes holistic health for us on every level - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Her classes are a fluid, smooth flowing Vinyasa indulgence set to a backdrop of inspiring tunes. You're sure to walk away feeling invigorated, refreshed, balanced and alive!

Group Fitness & Personal Trainer


Helena's motto: What your mind believes, your body achieves. From a young age Helena enjoyed being active. A love of movement and health led her to study Personal Training at TAFE and currently Exercise and Sports Science at Sydney University. She strongly believes that health and quality of life can be significantly improved through exercise and lifestyle modifications. Her classes are challenging, inspiring and adaptable to individual conditions.
